Is the free plan actually free forever?
Yes. Up to 50 orders/month at zero cost, no credit card required. We only make money when you grow — and even then, it's a flat fee, not a percentage.
What happens after 50 orders on the free plan?
Ordering pauses for that month. Your menu and page stays live. You can upgrade to Grow any time to continue instantly. We'll email you a reminder before you hit the limit.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes — on the Grow plan and above. We handle DNS setup, SSL, and hosting. Your customers see your brand, not ours.
Does Crave take a cut of each order?
Never. That's the whole point. Payments go directly to your Stripe or bank account. We charge a flat monthly subscription only.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at 20% applies to all paid plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
